2026 Pledge Form

St. Monica's is ran on the generosity of our congregation. By making a pledge promise, it allows the church to budget funds throughout the year.
Flower Dedications for Special Occasions
Gifts towards:
- Altar Flowers
Great for birthdays and anniversaries
Honor, remember, or celebrate someone special by dedicating the altar flowers on a date of your choosing. These dedications are a meaningful way to mark birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, or any occasion throughout the year. Use the form to share the name and the date you would like listed in the bulletin.
Christmas Flower Dedication

- Christmas Flowers
Remember or celebrate someone dear to you by adding their name to our Christmas Flower Dedications. Their dedication will appear in the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day bulletins as we give thanks for the gift of Christ’s birth.
This is only open for submissions during the time we are accepting Christmas Dedications.
- Form is currently accepting dedications until Dec 17th, for Christmas 2025 flower decorations.
Easter Flowers
Gifts towards:
- Easter Flowers
Remember or celebrate someone dear to you by adding their name to our Easter Flower Dedications. These dedications will appear in the Easter bulletins as we gather in this season of renewal.
This is only open for submissions during the time we are accepting Easter Dedications.
- Form will open on March 16th, 2026.
ABC Club
Gifts towards:
- Endowment Fund
Support the long-term life of our parish by giving to the St. Monica’s Endowment Fund. Your gift helps strengthen our ministries and ensures that future generations will continue to be blessed by the work we do today.
Memorial Dedication

Honor the memory of someone who has passed by offering a memorial dedication. You may choose the date you would like their name listed in a service bulletin, creating a simple and meaningful way to remember those we love.
Chair Plaque
